Thank you for your insightful comment! You’ve highlighted a crucial aspect: the “where” is often as strategic as the “how.” Many brands, especially in sustainable fashion and personal care, fall into the trap of following the latest platform trends without thoroughly analyzing where their audience truly engages.

For example, I read on Patagonia’s blog, “The Cleanest Line” that the company effectively uses this platform to share in-depth stories about environmental activism and product sustainability. This approach resonates with their audience, who seek comprehensive content that aligns with their values.

Similarly, I came across a YouTube video by Lush Cosmetics where they delve into their ethical buying practices. This medium allows them to connect deeply with consumers interested in the stories behind the products.

The real growth occurs when you align not only your content style but also your platform choice to the behavioral patterns of your ideal community.

I’m curious to hear your perspective: have you discovered any platforms where you engage more deeply than expected—perhaps ones you initially underestimated?
